Location is nice, bright and clean, recently updated. The room was ready well before the check-in time and the staff was very friendly. Woman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. If in the area again, would definitely stay there.

Stayed one night while driving from the Hamptons to Toronto. Close to highway but set on a hill so very quiet. Many restaurant choices nearby for dinner. Anna at the front desk was lovely and helpful. Mark and Stacey super friendly too. Room is immaculately clean with everything we needed. King bed super comfortable. There was a small fridge and microwave. Overall, the room as well designed. We’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect second stay at this property! I had actually stayed here once before like 15+ years ago when my car broke down while passing through the area. Great stay then and still just as great now! Was in Binghamton for the night on the way up to my sister’s wedding in the mountains and was very happy to choose this Hampton Inn. Had a late evening check in but the front desk agent was delightful and I was so happy to meet his Chow Chow (whose name escapes me). The morning front desk agent was also lovely and we had a nice chat on my way out. Room was spotless and very large (was some form of accessible room as the hotel was otherwise sold out) and I had a great sleep and shower in the morning. Great location in Vestal, with everything you may need within a few min, the university right next door, and easy access to downtown Binghamton and all the area highways. Love that the hotel is uphill so it takes advantage of its nice view. If in the area again, will definitely choose to stay here once again!

Complimentary cocoa in the lobby, with a good complimentary breakfast as well. Room service was prompt, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly. Housekeeping staff consistently greeted us with friendly "goodmornings." The seating area for breakfast was also quite nice.

We had the pleasure of booking a king one bedroom with living room. It was spacious and a great bed. The hotel was clean, service was great and breakfast was tasty. Front desk assistance was efficient, effective and so pleasant. Thanks.

Stayed at hampton due to its comfortable beds and pillows which did not disappoint. However the hotel needs updating as there are rust areas in bathroom. There also was a towel hanging on the bathroom door which made me wonder if the room had been properly cleaned. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This has to be the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at! I feel like I'm staying at a Days Inn. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk Aaron had zero hospitality or customer service skills!!! He would not accept my tax exempt forms, which i was told to bring when I called the location prior to making the reservation & he did nothing or provided anything to help the situation. And never once during the check in was i offered a complimentary water. This is not the traditional Hampton Inn I'm used to staying at nor the values & customer service they provide at many other locations i stay at.

Overall not a bad Hampton. Little dated and behind with the tech. Rooms are decent and the hotel itself is nice. Only thing is it's a little inconvenient being back up on a hill.

I am Hilton Honors member and stay a Hiton hotels across the country and my stay at this location was disappointing. I found hairs all over the bathroom and in the bathtub. There was no closet in the room. I did eventually find a small nook behind a curtain. I was cold in the room because the air unit was blowing cold air even though the thermostat was turned up. And there were no extra blankets in the room. They ran out of cernain items at breakfast and were slow to refill other items. When I spoke with someone at reception they weren't friendy and it was as if I was bothering them. I usually stay at a different hotel when I am in the area and decided to try this one because of the location. I found this part of town is full of hotels and certainly have a choice next time. Update: I was contacted by a representative who listened to my grievances and took note. I may try this location again when I am there.

Ok I'm a bit biased because I LOVE HAMPTON INNS. But this may be the nicest, cleanest, brightest Hampton Inn I've ever been too. Spacious and upgraded rooms Great water pressure in the shower Big towels Comfy beds And chargers and usb that actually work. Good breakfast 24 hour coffee Stocked pantry The property is so nice and his has every amenity that a commercial hotel chain offers. Plus they have so much around it. The staff was professional, courteous and very helpful.
