Place was an absolute dump, seen several roaches, and the mother son staff was EXTREMELY rude. Would not recommend anyone stay here especially with prices. This is a 20$ cheap room AT BEST. No clue how this place is even open. And I heard from people who stay here through social services that they also have bed bugs, i never seen any, but I'll take their word for it. Get it together parkway inn.

My sister stayed here through dss and basically there was bed bugs . The front desk didnt care. Then we went to dss to complain and they didnt care at all either. We had to record them and complain that its illegal to let provide someone an unsafe living environment. They moved her once we said well you do realize that the bugs can transfer through papers lol

I did not stay here. I just tried to drop something off there for someone and there was no parking space close to the motel room which she was located. Although parking seemed fine in location to other motel rooms but unable to access any parking to access the motel rooms that start with 100.

Don't like this place bedbugs and cockroach and everything dss put me and my kids and my man here and we want out

I was placed here by dss with my two kids and pregnant going through hardship do not go here I repeat do no go here when I came in trash from another person was still here cans in the closet and I woke up on my first night with bites me thinking it was a spider but it was bedbugs and I have video proof to show it this place needs to be closed they are money hungry smh and dss should be shamed and held accountable for sending families here I’m pretty sure I’m not the first to say something

Had no idea what we were actually getting, didn’t read reviews which was my first mistake. The owner was very nice, but the room was another story. It definitely needs a lot of updates and more. We decided to take the smoking room, not realizing they still exist and how guest treat the bed, blankets and carpet!! We actually ended up leaving and would never recommend this place

The staff is very rude and unprofessional.the rooms would look and smell better if they were located within a sewage treatment facility. Rooms are overpriced considering the conditions. # wouldn’t bury my worst enemy there.

So, I have been staying here in emergency housing...My room has a single bed, mini fridge, tv, etc. Everything has worked and I've been here a little over 2 months. The owner and Wife are wonderful people! Very caring and considerate. Any minor issues were handled immediately. I have enjoyed my stay here! If I were to rent a room and had the transportation, I'd definitely be back! My room has been #203...

This is an alright hotel for people who don't expect much and would rather take care of much of their own needs. No room service for meals, but they do provide a mini fridge and a microwave in the rooms and they're close to a few restaurants and grocery stores. The owners are very kind, welcoming, and helpful with any services that they offer and will generally give great directions to local places if needed.

Lovely Owners and staff! A staple of the Vestal area, an older motel that has all of the modern amenities that one needs for a basic stay. Room was clean and everything worked; there were plenty of outlets. It was comfortable and relaxed - I ended up staying for 2 weeks! The owners were very accommodating; They went above and beyond expectations. Incredibly friendly. A very convenient stay! :)
