My room and others I was with didn't have the cleanest rooms. However the beds were fine (slept fine which is hard not at home) and the lobby was nice. I did not eat the breakfast, it looked ok but we had breakfast elsewhere.

This is an updated hotel with a great location. However when the hotel was updated, kids size toilets were installed. This very low size makes it very hard for anyone with back issues to use.

Came in at night and where missing the towels. Opened the fridge and had a free beer can and Jogurt from the predecessor. So if they did not remove this the they never cleaned the fridge. What else did they not clean? The free charger were hidden with a bag and they made a contact with a charging company. These guys are charging $.70 per kWh with is 10x the wholesale price. They lured you in this hotel and the have no service and a rip off charging instead of free as advertised. Avoid this Hotel!

Friendly staff, typical breakfast, comfortable beds. Bathroom was absolutely tiny and room was not as clean as our typical Marriott experience. Toilet bowl had not been cleaned. Otherwise, overall good experience.

The lady the front desk was very nice. That was all that was good about my experience . The doors and windows coming in were completely filthy . The white trim was covered in black fingerprints. The room smelt of mold the toilet would not flush appropriately and the bathroom shower did not drain appropriately. There was rust on all of the door hinges probably because of the mildew/mold moisture.. It looks like the ceiling have been painted over mold. The windows were filthy . It was just not my normal Marriott day and I paid close to $300

Ok, This is the perfect 4 star experience and that isn't a bad thing. The customer service was about as pleasant as talking to wet cardboard. The front desk manager asked us, when we were standing (a whole family with luggage) outside the glass doors, what we were there for, at 2am, when we had kept the bonvoy app updated to our arrival time. I appreciate the commitment to the safety of your guests, but a modicum of common sense would go a long way. We have gotten spoiled by other Marriott properties lately. The room was lovely, the bathroom was challengingly small. Opening the door with a human standing in the bathroom brushing teeth or doing their hair was infeasible; and it's outside binghamton, NY. Realestate wasn't so expensive in the area that they couldn't have made the rooms serviceably larger given we paid suburb of NY prices. The location is a hair of a maze to get out of, I remembered it being weird from stopping at that cracker barrel on my way to college - and it is still convoluted. Great location if you need to be on the Whitney Point side of Binghamton. Safe hotel, certainly didn't feel unsafe. Clean. Comfortable beds with good pillow selections. Would stay again, just wouldn't pay full price.

I got walked in on by staff as I was getting out of the shower, once she saw me she yelled at me for being in the room. The manager called me and explained that this was a learning experience and he could offer free points for my violation of privacy. I also asked him why no one had taken my trash out for the entire week I was there. I travel for work every week and stay at the same hotel so trash does build up. Nobody came to pick it up so it just pilled up in my room. I asked him to get rid of it, he only took out the trash in the bathroom. Absolutely awful experience here and I’m only writing this review to remind myself never to stay here again.

As someone who frequently stays with Marriott properties, this experience was completely unacceptable and honestly shocking. I’ve come to expect a certain standard from Marriott, but this location clearly doesn’t uphold it. With desperate need of upgrades and just basic visible maintenance needs! My first room was flat-out dirty. There was visible hair and soap residue all over the shower, and worse — hair on the bedsheets, which is inexcusable. The desk surface was sticky with some kind of residue, and you could tell the room hadn’t been properly cleaned or inspected. I brought this up to the front desk, and she did quickly apologize and offer to move my room. Room number two, was not much better. I was not going to continue to room Hop all night, and decided to sleep on the cleaner of the 2 looking beds. For a brand that prides itself on quality and consistency, this was beyond disappointing. As a frequent flyer and long-time Marriott member, I expect — at the very least — a clean and sanitary room. Unfortunately, this stay has made me rethink my loyalty to the brand, especially if standards this low are being allowed. I have, booked with Marriott again tomorrow at a different location. We will see how it goes.

Room and Bathroom: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, making for a decent stay overall. Bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Parking: Plenty of free parking available, and no additional parking fees, which is definitely a plus. Service: Service was normal, nothing exceptional. However, room cleaning was only provided every third day, which was disappointing. Breakfast: The breakfast was just okay. There were no vegetarian-friendly hot options. I was disappointed with the lack of variety, especially since there weren’t even basic items like oats, fruits.

Bathroom was still have male hairs from top of toilet cover and walk in shower. Bed, AC and water pressure for showering was good. The room has microwave and small fridge (no freezer). Also they have indoor pool but is hard to breathe in there, was hot and no air and smells not that good. Includes very basic continental breakfast. The hot breakfast really not appealing from the watery eggs and sausage patty was so so. 3 different types of cereals. Barely whole fruits available. Coffee and teas. They had waffle maker and small fridge in the corner for bottle chocolate milk and yogurt. The lady that works there in the dining was friendly i forgot his name.
