This should be a -5 stars! Deplorable conditions. Guests are not treated with kindness, especially considering most are there due to unfortunate circumstances..shame on the county for not making sure everything was up to code and shame on the owners for not having higher standards all the way around! Surprised this didn't happen sooner. Nobody will be staying here for the foreseeable future!

THE STATE NEED TO SEND SOMEONE TO CHECK THIS HOTEL. ITS NOT LIVEABLE FOR PEOPLE OR CHILDREN. ITS ALOT OF BED BUGS AND ROACHES. AND ITS VERY DIRTY THEY DO NOT CLEAN OR CHANGE THE SHEETS OR TOWELS. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. ITS MOSTLY FOR SOCIAL SERVICE FAMILY. PLEASE GO CHECK IT. ??

Nasty roach infested and some rooms also infested by bed bugs!! If you have kids or self respect don't stay here.

I went there to get a room there are literally only two cars in the parking lot and the sign says no rooms available? ????????

Once again the room was not as clean as a decent room should be. Thankfully what ever problems the room had with maintenance was fixed right away which was great and appreciated their hospitality. The maintenance man was polite and friendly and quickly fixed the bathroom light. And the man at the front desk (sorry I do not remember names) was very professional and was willing to work with my on my stay. Thank you guys

The rooms where not that clean. But in all the rooms were ok for the price that was paid. Although the service was not satisfactory at all. Could not get clean towels or trash bags unless it was "my day" which was 2 days a week. And there were no trash cans in the whole room

I stayed here for 2 years and the manager is always helpful the house keeper is nice too and I don’t have any complaints about my stay.

This hotel has gone done hill very much in the past 5 years it is now mostly used to house people who are on DSS and placed in emergency housing therefore you get a very sketchy crowd of ppl The owners are rude they have bed bugs in most of the rooms and when u tell them they don't care or even try to spray. My friend and her son are staying there and my friend had to buy bombs and kill all the bugs before staying. They have needles outside in the parking lot . Homeless people hanging out on the steps harassing you when you try to go upstairs. The washer and dryers are broken and not for public use and same with the ice machine and they even charge for toilet paper ?

This place is nasty!! They have roaches and bed bugs in almost all of the rooms. The plumbing backed up in our room when I was here with my kids, they moved us to another room and it was awful. The bedding was torn and stained and looked like it hadn't been washed. They take mostly dss people here because people don't want to spend their money after 1 night here!! Word of advice, LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL!!

I have been staying here for an extended period Of time, And I have to say i don't have any complaints. My room has a Brand new bathroom. It has brand new air conditioning. .. which works so good.....The bed is huge.It has all the basics that I would need for a comfortable stay. I have not seen any bugs or roaches or bed bugs like other people have said. (But I also keep my room really clean, after all we are adults and we are LIVING HERE). The family that owns the establishment is very nice and friendly. Treat them with respect and they will do the same. The housekeeper and maintenance guys are also great. I know some people don't like this place but it's my favorite one DSS has placed me at. The owner has the courtesy not to kick you out after 2 weeks like every other hotel in the area. This is something I appreciate immensely. Thank you knights inn ??
